O'BRUCE - Dream of Billions waiting to get fulfilled. Will be fulfilled.
Good morning Everyone,
We are a non-profit private organization O'BRUCE and have recently started an initiative called Project BRUCE whose mission is:
a) providing free education to those who can't afford it.
b) helping them in making decisions for better future by providing them with different view of life.
c) Boarding schools for children who can't pay for their food, clothes, shelter and education is our next step.
d) Ensuring that children don't quit their school due to lack of money, guidance, attention.
We believe illiteracy is the root cause of all the problems - Population, Health problems, Job issues, Poverty, Dowry, child-Marriage, Inequality. (almost all of them). We will work our way out to eradicate them with our limited resources. Therefore, we have opened a education center in one of the Haryana village.
Few things we have taken care to make their education time as interesting as possible:
a) In this village, electricity is about 6 hours a day. We will make sure we have Electricity in our school all the time so that students and teachers are focusing on studies rather than wiping out sweat.
b) Surprise rewards to the students who scores the best rank in monthly tests.
c) Monthly Tests of both teachers and students so that we can ensure that both are doing their work properly.
d) Education will be in both Hindi and English medium.
Improvements you should look forward to find here soon:
a) We are working on adding basic computer education course for them starting in coming quarter.
b) Adding extracurricular activities especially for girls, who lack behind by spending their whole childhood in household chores. This hopefully should help them find a earning in later stage of their lives and get to see a better life.
c) We are also working on inculcating separate doubt sessions for the classes we have not covered.
